For more than 20 years, the San Mateo County Union Community Alliance (SMCUCA) has worked to enhance the quality of life for all workers and their families in San Mateo County through programs and partnerships with labor unions, community organizations, and government, designed to support quality jobs, ensure community health, and create shared economic prosperity. SMCUCA is the 501c3 nonprofit arm of the San Mateo Labor Council.
